Returns Policy

Extra-Extra.Ltd is committed to providing great customer service. If you have a problem with your order please contact us via email stating your order number, relevant product number, fault or problem and your contact details. We will reply with instructions on how to return your item or whether we need you to email a photo of the product.

Please notify us within 7 days for non delivery, shortage, incorrect items, faults or damages. Extra-Extra.Ltd  accepts returns of faulty items only, not items that are ordered and not liked. Due to hygiene reasons and in compliance with EU regulation, we cannot take earrings back unless faulty. Extra-Extra.Ltd  will accept items that have a genuine manufacturing fault that are brought to our attention in a timely manner. The earlier you let us know, the more we can do to help.  Returned goods must be in original packaging and not used. We do not offer replacements. The credit process can take up to 15 working days. We recommend using 2nd class Royal Mail for small returns. Please keep your proof of postage. For a large volume return (above 1.5kg) please contact us before postage. Please note that refunds must go through our accounts department and can take up to 15 working days to process.
